Leah Goss
Executive Director

Leah Goss was appointed Executive Director on March 1, 2023. She came to this role with a twenty-seven-year career in fundraising and nonprofit leadership. She is passionate about education and its ability to change lives and futures. She led a variety of nonprofit organizations and also served as a full-time consultant. 

Throughout her career, Leah led four community college foundations in three different states. She raised millions of dollars through capital campaigns, major donor cultivation, special events, employee giving drives, and project-based funding.

In her role as a consultant, she has written feasibility studies, directed capital campaigns, conducted Board of Director retreats, led strategic planning, and presented locally, regionally, and nationally on nonprofit leadership, governance and fundraising.

Leah earned an associate degree in liberal arts from Adirondack Community College in upstate New York, a bachelor’s degree in communications from Regis University in Denver, and an MBA from Regis with an emphasis in marketing.

Leah loves the nonprofit sector and has dedicated her career to supporting good causes wherever, whenever, and however she can.
